Booking and arrival
\n– Please indicate your intention to book by email or phone. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required<\/strong> to finalize the reservation (bank transfer, “SZ\u00c9P” card).
\n– The booking confirmation is considered an offer until the advance payment required for the booking is received in our account. We will send a written confirmation<\/strong> of the booking.
\n– The amount of the balance must be paid on arrival<\/strong> (cash, “SZ\u00c9P” card).
\n– Arrival and departure only on Saturdays<\/strong>.
\n– Prices include accommodation, cleaning, parking, air conditioning and WiFi. Tourist tax (“IFA”) is payable on site<\/strong>.
\n– The holiday home can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 on departure<\/strong>.
\n– 100 EUR to be paid on arrival as a security deposit<\/strong> (security deposit) in cash. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if the inspection at check-out finds that there has been no damage to the accommodation.
\n– Stag or hen parties are not allowed in the accommodation.<\/p>\n

Resignation
\n– In case of a reservation canceled 30 days in advance, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
\n– In case of cancellation within 29 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
\n– Cancellations can be accepted in writing by email.
\n– If the originally planned stay is interrupted, there will be no refund of the full amount paid on arrival.<\/p>\n
